Our homes are very clean and our customer service is caring and professional.

• 2 Night minimum, Weekly, or Monthly Rates (Current listed rates are Monthly, less than monthly rates are listed within each listing)  City Tax only applies to nightly/Weekly Rates.
• Bedding/blankets for advertised sleeping arrangements.
• Fully furnished kitchen with all cooking utensils.
• Shower Towels   (bring personal pool/lake towels)
• Laundry facilities  (bring personal detergent)
• Charcoal BBQ and/or Propane BBQ grill
• Non-refundable cleaning fee:  We wash bedding/towels, scrub bathrooms & kitchens completely, dust and sweep/mop floors.  Cleaning services are dedicated to maintaining the cleanliness of each home for all our guests.  This means  baseboards, ceiling fans, cupboards, windows are consistently cleaned as well.
