Please curb your trash prior to leaving at the end of the driveway. Do not place in front of the mailbox.
HEATING/AIR-CONDITIONING Unit
WINTER: When you are gone for the day, turn down the heat to 65 degrees F.
SUMMER: Never set the AC below 75 degrees F. This will damage the AC unit and you will be responsible for repair costs. When you are gone for the day, turn the AC to 85 degrees F.
NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE!
Outside is ok; please use containers for your “butts”; if cleaning service has to pick butts off the ground, there will an extra charge which will be debited from your deposit.
DAY OF DEPARTURE, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:
- Remove all trash, bag, and set at curb at end of driveway, not by mailboxes.
- Run dishwasher, you do not need to empty. If dirty dishes/food left, there will be a debit to your deposit.
- Do not make beds that have been slept in.
- Pile the used towels in front of the washer in laundry area.
- Turn off all the lights, fans, TV’s, radios,
- Heat/AC controls: SUMMER, set AC to 90 degrees F WINTER, turn off heat.
- All doors, windows locked and key returned to the lockbox
- Be sure to check the house thoroughly for your personal items; if you forget something and want it returned you must notify us within 2 days of your departure. There will be a trip and shipping charges deducted from your deposit.
- If you know of something at the house that is not working or is missing, PLEASE notify Dayna at 928-453-5887 or leave a note for the Maintenance / Cleaning service.
OTHER INFORMATION:
Keys: If you lock yourself out of the house, call 928-453-5887. There will be a trip charge for this service. If you lose or take the keys home with you, you will be billed for trip charge and cost to make new keys.
